What Lace does
- Sees your work. Lace uses on-device computer vision to read the screen across the tools your team already uses.
- Grounds AI in what’s in front of you. Chat with Lace AI about your live screen. Choose your model, attach PDF, CSV, Markdown, Word, or plain text files, and Lace cites specific sections inline.
- Captures comments where they happen. Pin a comment on anything on screen. Resolve it and the screenshot, the exact spot, and the discussion behind it stay attached as a decision your agent can act on.
- Compounds into a knowledge graph. The knowledge graph carries context across sessions — what your team has seen, done, and decided.
- Hands knowledge to your agents. Agents query your comments, resolved decisions, and recorded sessions through MCP and execute with the full context behind each one.

Install
Download from inlace.co and drag into Applications.

Permissions
Grant screen recording and accessibility when prompted. Lace also requests microphone for voice dictation and notifications for teammate activity. See Permissions.

Sign in
Open Lace and sign in. Your workspace is scoped to your organization.

Go
Press ⌘L to show Lace and start a conversation.
